Ramova Pleva, next year's Rotary Show director, said the call will go out soon (it did) for chorus members. The chorus will remain on stage all show next year, apparently.

Al Bonney invited everyone to the Rotary Foundation annual gala, which will take place right here in Traverse City on Nov. 9. Search your email for emails from the district for more details. Al hopes we will have good representation from local Rotarians at this event.

Herb Lemcool Thanked everyone who gave a coat or winter accessories during the recent cold-weather clothing drive. Anyone who still wishes to donate can do so at Father Fred on Hastings.

Holy Homer Nye reminded everyone to get their meeting make-ups and club donation match forms to Kathy Bussell.

Jane Mohr introduced Traverse City West Choral Director Erich Wangeman and Traverse City Central Choral Director Tammy Williams, (photo below) along with several students from each school. The schools are preparing for musical productions of West Side Story (Central) and Fiddler on the Roof (West). The shows begin this month. Head to https://mynorthtickets.com/ for tickets.

Match ~ Deadline December 1, 2019

In 1999, Rotary Charities donated $2.5 million to the Community Foundation to establish the Rotary Endowment. The Endowment connects the shared work of Rotary Charities and the Community Foundation of promoting philanthropy to enrich the quality of life in our region. Today, the Rotary Endowment provides an opportunity for individual Rotarians and local Rotary Clubs to have their philanthropic support matched by the Community Foundation.

The partnership between the Community Foundation and Rotary Charities is reflective of the quality of philanthropic intent and integrity that makes this a wonderful place to live, work, and give.

Match forms need to be signed by you and the non-profit and turned in to the Rotary office by December 1st deadline.
