Traverse City might know him as the fearless leader and problem-solver extraordinaire at TCAPS but we know him as one of our newest members!
After more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, school administrator, instructional specialist, high school redesign manager, legislative liaison for the Michigan Department of Education, and associate superintendent - Dr. VanWagoner took the reins here in Traverse City.
When he's not managing budgets, staffing, and pandemic challenges - he's spending time with his beautiful wife Sara and his lovely daughters.
