Lynne Moone introduced a new Rotarian: Nick Ceglarek. Nick is the superintendent of the Traverse Bay Intermediate School District. 
 
Chris DeGood gave a Rotary Camps and Services report. Included in this report was the fact that GOREC had 1,600 visitors this year. If you are interested in supporting GOREC, please chat with Chris.
 
Ramova Pleva, next year's Rotary Show director, said the call will go out soon (it did) for chorus members. The chorus will remain on stage all show next year, apparently.
 
Al Bonney invited everyone to the Rotary Foundation annual gala, which will take place right here in Traverse City on Nov. 9. Search your email for emails from the district for more details. Al hopes we will have good representation from local Rotarians at this event. 

Herb Lemcool Thanked everyone who gave a coat or winter accessories during the recent cold-weather clothing drive. Anyone who still wishes to donate can do so at Father Fred on Hastings. 

Holy Homer Nye reminded everyone to get their meeting make-ups and club donation match forms to Kathy Bussell. 
 
Steve Haskin, Thom Paulson, and Page Graves were elected to the club board of directors in a special meeting. Connor Miller was elected secretary and Mark Eckhoff president-elect for 2020-2021 
 
Jane Mohr introduced Traverse City West Choral Director Erich Wangeman and Traverse City Central Choral Director Tammy Williams, (photo below) along with several students from each school. The schools are preparing for musical productions of West Side Story (Central) and Fiddler on the Roof (West). The shows begin this month. Head to https://mynorthtickets.com/ for tickets.
