100th Anniversary Club Celebration Guidelines & Sign Up

In keeping with the spirit of Service Above Self and based on the guidance of Rotary International asking that all clubs lead by example, The Rotary Club of Traverse City Board of Directors would like to move forward with the 100th Anniversary Club Celebration with the following guidelines:
  • We encourage and ask that all attendees to wear a mask when not eating and drinking.
  • We ask that you do not come if you have the following symptoms; fever, chills, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, headache, congested or runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, body aches, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
  • We ask that if you are not vaccinated to wear a mask during the event.
  • We ask that if you have had a COVID exposure, please follow the CDC guidelines found here.
  • We ask that you report to Allison Beers if you have COVID within 7 days of the event so we may inform attendees.  Your name will not be used when informing attendees.
  • We ask that you follow the Four-Way Test with all the above guidelines.

In turn, we will help lead by example with the following methods for safety:
  • We will offer hand sanitizer at the entrance, guest tables and food tables.
  • We will space the tables out to provide ample room.
  • We will provide red, yellow and green stickers for attendees to wear to demonstrate their comfort level with closeness.
  • We will notify the attendees if any event attendees have contracted COVID after the event within 7 days.

While refunds are not offered, you may transfer your ticket to anyone (Rotarian or non-Rotarian) you would like by emailing Allison Beers.

Thank you,
Mark
